The weather didn’t stop ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder’s commencement ceremony from happening the morning of Thursday, May 11. The university conferred more than 9,700 degrees in front of an estimated 22,000 supporters. ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Gov. Jared Polis served as commencement speaker.Â
