Matt Morley

Matt received his master’s in applied linguistics TESOL and his bachelor’s in anthropology (with a focus on cultural and linguistic anthropology) from the University of South Florida. He is currently the Listening Speaking Coordinator at the IEC, leading various initiatives including Experiential Learning, Confident Conversations Workshop for International Graduate Students, and Public Speaking Club. He also oversees the development of Listening and Speaking curriculum design and updates. His pedagogical interests include pronunciation, public speaking, and pragmatics. Matt served on the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ TESOL board from 2017-2021 as Content Special Interest Group co-chair. He has also presented at multiple conventions in ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ and in England. In his free time, Matt enjoys learning languages, playing disc golf, and listening to live music.
