              1. It might have been an issue of misunderstanding location or bad advertising

            1. Was almost exclusively conducted in Spanish

              1. Translation was only offered via an online sign up

          4. Future Notes

            1. Offer translation to people who show up on the day of event, rather than exclusively through a sign up

            2. Another conference was happening down the hall from the event which may have created confusion

          1. The rec center has a sponsorship fee of $500 to have vendors. ASA is requesting an additional $1,000 for their space rental cost due to this fee (for their two vendors). Do you guys approve?
