13. 8:00 - African Student Association - April 13th - 6:00PM-10:00PM - Rec Center’s Lower Basketball Courts - “A Tour of Africa”

       1. Cultural night - songs, poetry, dance performances, fake traditional wedding from 2 different countries showcasing bridal and groom celebrations
       2. Expecting about 400 people
       3. A basketball court will be organized to accommodate the event
       4. Preparation starts at 3pm and attendees are expected to arrive at 6pm
       5. Waiting on official quotes from PC and the Rec
          1. PC moving to BufConnect could be causing delays
       6. Food licenses are to be sent to the Rec and the board

          1. Brings the people together and provides a homely feeling
          2. The main performer was an international artist but since the quote is too high, they might bring in 2 people instead at a lower cost
       4. The last event didn’t have enough food for about 100 people - will increase it to make sure it's enough for all the attendees
