Black Student Alliance at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ - Boulder
As students, we have developed distinct values, beliefs and behaviors, which greatly benefit our campus. This collective consciousness enables our community and helps define our own identity as Black & underrepresented students at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder.
The Black Student Alliance is an organization that serves as an advocate of the Black/African American student and as ally to all other underrepresented voices on campus.
We wish to expose all students, faculty, and staff of the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder to new ideas and experiences in order to create positive change.
Membership
We work toward advancement and equity for black students on ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Campus. Thus, membership in this organization is open to ALL students of the University who are sincere about learning from the experiences of black people and advocating to improve the quality of education and the college experience of black students.

- 9/3 - Black Unity at the Fountain |
- ​Noon-3p | UMC Fountain | Come hang out, each lunch, listen to music and meet new people! This is all about being black and taking up space on campus.
- 9/3 - A Different World |
- ​7p - Hellems 199 | Come out for a night of throwback black television/film. We will begin with episodes of ‘A Different World’. These episodes will cover a range of topics including colorism, racism, women’s rights, gender and black college life.
