AcademicLiveCare (ALC) - New Employee Benefit

AcademicLiveCare (ALC)provides free telehealth services, including medical and mental health appointments. This service is free to all ֱ Boulder faculty, staff and studentsregardless of your health insurance plan.

“Healthier U at ֱ” Wellness Fair

ֱ Boulder faculty and staff are invited to attend the wellness fair on Wednesday, February 22nd to learn more about employee benefits, discounts, and ways to connect with programs and services. ֱ departments and community vendors will be there to share information about topics such as childcare, housing, savings on utilities, recreational programs and more. There will be hands-on wellness activities and a chance to win prizes!

Skills for mental health support training

Health &Wellness services has created 2 new trainings around mental health for faculty and staff. The first is a 15 minute training designed to give faculty and staff more information aboutcampus resources as well as how to recoginze and respond when someone is in distress.The second training is a more in-depth 2 hour course. Both courses can be accessed throughthe.

Wellness Wednesdays

Join ֱ Health & Wellness Services for its newly launched Employee Wellness Wednesday series. Workshops are available for staff and faculty to engage in self-care activities, learn about campus resources, and build community. Themes rotate regularly, allowing participants to come and go as they please. Explore the schedule and register online.
