  • Collected and submitted staff feedback and SAC’s proposed revisions to the A&S Strategic Plan 
  • Coordinated staff representation on the subsequent Task Force on Strategic Plan Implementation, whose revised plan incorporated most of SAC’s revisions
  • Provided staff input to A&S personnel and engagement team on employee engagement survey results and participated in the pilot Be Heard program
