Event Description: Chris Woods, Department of Applied Mathematics, University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder Exploration of mechanistic changes in vascular structure associated with pulmanary hypertension modeled with CFD Physiological simulation of cardiovascular flow is highly dependent on proper implementation of boundary conditions. Recognition of patient specific pulmonary vascular structure and patient specific boundary conditions should give a more accurate representation of the fluid environment within the pulmonary artery. |
